Executive Coaching

The executive coaching on offer is for you if you are a senior Manager or Director. I will work with you on any number of issues, such as organisational strategy, effective communication skills, operational strategy, change-management issues, team building, increasing employee motivation, time-management issues and leadership development. You may even want help on how to establish core values for the culture or work ethic you operate in. Most of my coaching is done on a one to one basis, but I can offer coaching within a team environment where a number of individuals are working towards the same goal. This maybe of benefit to senior management teams for example or maybe you have a number Programme Directors across a company you wish to help.
