As a qualified NLP master practitioner and performance coach, I offer professional “in the job “coaching. I get asked by senior managers to coach someone on something that has maybe come up in a performance review that requires attention. Other times I am asked confidentially to help someone in management with a particular aspect of their role, where I work with them to improve their performance . My coaching assists you in overcoming or removing any barriers which may hold you back from peak performance. The coaching process allows you the coachee to come up with your own solutions. As a performance coach, rather than consultant, I guide you at your own pace, using various techniques which help you to explore new options, new ways of operating and motivate you to take the appropriate action.
